• You only have a small selection of Trophies. Can we order different awards?

Yes. This is a relatively new service and we are building the selection daily. In the meantime you can browse all our main supplier catalogues at Dunfermline or Perth to view the products we offer. There is a huge range of trophies, awards, medals, pewter gifts & glass gifts. Then call or email us direct to place your order. We provide a personal service and are happy to make recommendations and answer any questions. 

• We need a larger quantity than you have available online. Can we get more? 

Yes, we are normally able to get more stock within 2 or 3 days. Give us a call or drop us an email with your request and we will do our best to help. 

• I need faster delivery, is that possible?

Contact us first by phone or email and we will do our best to meet your deadline. 

• What should I do if there is a mistake in the engraving or the item arrived damaged? 

If we have made an error we will Guarantee to immediately replace the item and send it out 1st class post. Please make sure you have given us the correct details. If we have engraved per your instructions, we will still try to replace the item urgently at a discounted rate. 

• Can I collect my items instead of having them delivered?

Yes, we provide a Click & Collect service. We will let you know as soon as your order is ready to collect from our shop inPerth. Opening ours are on our websites. You can pay by card at time of ordering or you can pay by cash / card on collection. 

• Do you offer a Price Guarantee? 

We aim to be competitive against any shop or online retail outlet but don't Guarantee to be lowest on every product. Like the majority of sellers, all our trophy products are priced at suppliers RRP except for special editions / sale items. We pride ourselves on selling quality products and providing exceptional service at a fair price.  

• Can you do annual engraving of our club's trophies? 

If you are able to bring your trophies in to the shop, annual engraving is our speciality. We are trusted to look after trophies for sports clubs, schools & societies throughout Scotland, from Inverness to Falkirk and Oban to Edinburgh. We offer diamond engraving and traditional hand engraving for those special trophies.

• Are you able to make the engraving clearer and more visible? 

The easiest way is to choose our plastic plates, which can be cut to an exact preferred size. When engraved, the colour stands out (such as the text on a Yellow plate is Black) - See our Signs & Badges category. Also, if you select one of our Jeweller's Brass plates, the engraving will be blackened unless you request otherwise. This makes it stand out clearly and is a low cost alternative to heavy brass plates.
